To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including those imposed by HMRC, Companies House, and ACCA. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with:

HMRC, Companies House, and other government bodies where required by law; our professional indemnity insurers where necessary; ACCA in connection with regulatory requirements; Web3Forms (our contact form provider) who process form submissions on our behalf.

5. How long we keep your data

Website enquiries: we retain contact form data for up to 12 months from your last communication with us, unless you become a client.

Client data: we retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after the end of our engagement, in line with our professional and legal obligations.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (subject to our legal obligations); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing.
