To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to communications directed to us.
To provide accounting services to you if you become a client. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between us, and our legal obligations under tax and accounting regulations.
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including those imposed by HMRC, Companies House, and ACCA. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with:
HMRC, Companies House, and other government bodies where required by law; our professional indemnity insurers where necessary; ACCA in connection with regulatory requirements; Web3Forms (our contact form provider) who process form submissions on our behalf.
Website enquiries: we retain contact form data for up to 12 months from your last communication with us, unless you become a client.
Client data: we retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after the end of our engagement, in line with our professional and legal obligations.
